How to Use

Add 33g (1 heaped scoop) to 200mL of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

When to Use

Musashi recommends consuming 100% Whey:

• 60–90 minutes before exercise, or

• Within 30 minutes after resistance training

It can also be added to water, milk or food throughout the day or on non-training days as a convenient protein top-up.

Musashi recommends a maximum daily intake of up to 3 servings.
