Optimum Nutrition BCAA Capsules

Optimum Nutrition BCAA Capsules

Optimum Nutrition BCAA Capsules provide a convenient way to add branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) to your daily nutrition and training routine without the need to mix a powdered supplement.

Each 2-capsule serving provides 1,000mg of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine. These three branched-chain amino acids are essential amino acids, meaning they must be obtained through the diet.

Designed to support an active lifestyle, BCAA Capsules can be taken between meals, before training or after your workout to supplement your daily amino acid intake.

The easy-to-swallow capsule format also makes BCAA a convenient option for the gym, work or travel when you want BCAA supplementation without preparing a flavoured drink or shake.
