Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein Protein

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein Protein

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein is a slow-digesting protein powder designed to support muscle recovery, growth and maintenance, particularly during longer periods between meals or overnight while you sleep.

Each serving provides 24g of high-quality casein protein, with 100% of the protein coming from premium micellar casein. Compared with whey protein, casein digests and absorbs more slowly, providing a sustained source of protein and amino acids over a longer period.

Each serving also provides nearly 5g of naturally occurring BCAAs, helping support endurance and muscle recovery as part of its complete protein profile.

With 1g of sugar, 0.5–1g of fat and less than 120 calories per serving, Gold Standard 100% Casein provides a convenient way to increase your daily protein intake without adding a large amount of additional calories.

Its slow-digesting nature makes it particularly suitable before bed or between meals, when a sustained source of protein may be preferred.
